Zinsser® Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Base Primer is a versatile, flexible, low-odor, water-based acrylic primer designed for both interior and exterior use. It delivers outstanding adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including drywall, wood, masonry, metal, glass, and plaster, often requiring little to no sanding. This high-performance primer seals stains, graffiti, and tannin bleed, serving as a protective mold- and mildew-resistant barrier. It also inhibits rust, making it ideal for use on new or bare metal. Its quick-drying, easy-to-clean formula is compatible with all topcoat paints and ideal for both residential and commercial painting projects. Great for home improvement, renovation, and professional painting needs.
