Rust-Oleum® Commercial The MULE is a versatile, abrasion-resistant, modified urethane latex epoxy commercial coating designed for high-traffic areas that require routine cleaning and disinfection. Formulated for use both indoors and outdoors in environments such as schools, healthcare facilities, offices, and hospitality settings. This easy-to-apply, low-odor, water-based epoxy paint adheres excellently to a wide variety of surfaces including primed or previously painted drywall, plaster, cement, masonry, wood, and metal. Its durable gloss finish in Safety Yellow enhances visibility and safety. Ideal for walls, floors, doors, railings, and trim.
