Cambro 36S1058167 Camrack® Glass Rack w/ (36) Compartments - (5) Gray Extenders, Brown

Kitchens in high-volume restaurants and catering operations demand equipment that balances durability, efficiency, and ease of use. The Cambro 36S1058167 Camrack® glass rack delivers on all three counts, making it a top choice for professional kitchens looking to streamline glass storage and maintenance. Designed to hold 36 compartments of glasses—each accommodating diameters up to 2 7/8 inches and heights up to 11 inches—this rack maximizes space while ensuring glasses remain secure and protected. Its polypropylene construction resists impacts, chemicals, and temperatures up to 200°F, making it ideal for commercial dishwashers where hygiene and longevity are critical. The 5 soft gray extenders provide flexibility for storing a range of glassware, including taller items up to 14 inches, without compromising stability. Beyond functionality, the brown base offers a visual cue for color-coded inventory management, helping restaurants maintain organization in busy kitchens. The closed exterior walls further enhance hygiene by deflecting airborne dust and contaminants, while the molded hand grips reduce strain during lifting, a small but significant advantage in environments where racks are moved frequently. For chefs, caterers, or restaurant owners prioritizing efficiency without sacrificing quality, the Cambro 36S1058167 is an investment in workflow optimization and equipment resilience. Its adaptability to various glass types, combined with its commercial-grade durability, positions it as a must-have for any professional kitchen looking to balance performance and practicality.
