San Jamar CTP15 15" Puppet Oven Mitt - Poly Cotton, Red

The San Jamar CTP15 15" Puppet Oven Mitt is a game-changer for commercial kitchens, offering unmatched heat protection and ergonomic comfort. Designed with Cool Touch™ technology, this oven mitt safeguards against temperatures up to 500°F for 15 seconds, making it the go-to choice for chefs and kitchen staff handling hot pans. The Kevlar® WebGuard™ between the thumb and forefinger enhances durability while improving grip, ensuring long-lasting performance in high-demand environments. Its ambidextrous design fits either hand, reducing the need for multiple mitts, and the puppet style allows for effortless handling of heavy or awkwardly shaped cookware—a key advantage in busy restaurant kitchens.

One of the standout features is the integrated magnet and hanging loop, providing convenient storage on magnetic surfaces or walls, keeping your workspace organized without sacrificing accessibility. This oven mitt also offers steam protection, making it versatile for use with pressure cookers and other steam-generating appliances—a feature commercial kitchens appreciate for its added safety and functionality. The poly-cotton blend balances comfort and durability, while the red color ensures visibility in fast-paced kitchen settings.
