The Turbo Air TAHP-24-4 Radiance 24" LP Gas Hot Plate is a workhorse designed for commercial kitchens that demand precision, durability, and efficiency. With four adjustable burners, each featuring a heat-resistant on/off knob and adjustable standing pilot, this hot plate ensures consistent heat control for all your cooking needs. The cast iron grates (12" x 12") are built to withstand heavy daily use, while their grooved design directs heat evenly to your cookware, minimizing hot spots and improving cooking performance. The flush grate layout allows for smooth sliding of pots and pans, speeding up workflow in busy kitchens.

One of the standout features is the removable, full-width grease pan, which efficiently collects food particles and grease, making cleanup a breeze. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and wear, ensuring long-lasting performance even in high-traffic environments. The 4" front ledge provides a convenient surface for plating dishes, while the 2" stainless steel legs raise the hot plate slightly above countertops, preventing heat damage to surfaces. This commercial-grade hot plate is ideal for restaurants, catering operations, and foodservice businesses that need reliable, high-performance cooking equipment without compromising on durability.

Switching between LP gas and natural gas is easy, making this hot plate versatile for any kitchen setup. With a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor, Turbo Air stands behind the quality and performance of this product, giving commercial buyers peace of mind. Whether you're outfitting a new kitchen or upgrading an existing one, the TAHP-24-4 delivers efficiency, reliability, and professional-grade performance— essential for any commercial cooking operation.
