The Winco SC-7R 7" Round Wire Skimmer is a must-have for professional kitchens, combining durability, efficiency, and safety in one versatile tool. Its 7" nickel-plated wire bowl ensures quick liquid runoff, reducing splashing and mess while lifting foods like pasta, eggs, or fries from hot liquids. The 13" metal handle keeps hands safely distanced from heat sources while maintaining control, making it ideal for high-volume restaurant environments. Constructed from corrosion-resistant nickel-plated wire, this skimmer withstands frequent use without losing functionality, unlike cheaper alternatives that may warp or degrade over time. Whether you're fine-tuning risotto, skimming boiling water, or serving crispy fries, this Winco skimmer delivers precision and performance. Its ergonomic design and sturdy build make it a favorite among chefs who demand reliability. Backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, this is a cost-effective, long-lasting solution for professional kitchens.
