This versatile primer adheres to nearly any dry, debris-free, non-porous surface, including masonry, metal, plaster, and wood, with minimal pre-cleaning. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor projects, it pairs perfectly with Zinsser PERMA-WHITE™ paints for a mold- and mildew-proof finish. For heavy staining, a second coat with a stain-blocking primer such as BIN or Cover Stain is recommended.
